The Massif de l'Esterel is known as one of the most beautiful natural areas along the Mediterranean coast. It is a fantastic piece of nature that will blow your mind off by its beauty. It offers 32,000 hectares of nature for hikers, riders, mountain bikers...

The Esterel was born 250 million years ago. The rugged landscapes and steep coves plunging into the Mediterranean sea bear witness to its turbulent geological history and offer surprising and contrasting landscapes.
On the many marked hikes you will discover the sights and landscapes of the estate: Pic de l'Ours, Saint-Barthélémy rock, Calanque, Cap du Dramont, the belvedere of Cap Roux, Mont Vinaigre (highest point of the massif at 614 meters) and nearby Villa terre d'Azur also the Blavet gorges have a perfumed, preserved and colourful vegetation, magnificent views and many leisure activities. Circuits have been arranged for mountain biking (100 km of marked mountain bike circuits), horse riders (100 km of horse riding trails) and for hikers (40 km of walking trails) and there are several spots for climbing.
The area is a popular holiday destination not only for it's stunning nature. It is also an ideal base for excursions at the Mediterranean. With beautiful places like Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Cannes, Antibes and Grasse there is plenty to see and do in the surroundings of the Massif de l'Esterel. Also trips to the typical Provencal inland, with cosy mediterranean villages like Fayence, Mons and Seillans are among the possibilities. In brief, the Massif is an ideal holiday destination for a wonderful holiday in the sunny south of France!
